Ben Barton and the POPdining team have designed a stunning menu sourcing ingredients only from NZ Food Producers, with a focus on sustainable and where we can organic produce. The afternoon will be hosted by Kerry Tyack – NZ’s expert on fine dining as the Cuisine Magazine Good Food Awards Head Judge who will be sharing his knowledge of NZ food, wine and beverages.
