Last night I made Warm Sweetcorn Salad submitted by actress Miranda Harcourt and it was delicious. The book is full of wonderful favourite recipes and I have already selected another six I plan to make over the next couple of weeks. What a wonderful cookbook.
The book was released in bookstores nationwide last week and retails for $49.99
