Hello Graham All I need in life is a burger and a slice of chocolate tart. It seems fitting that in my final newsletter my two favourite dishes have made an appearance. Claire Aldous' Double Chocolate Tart with Fudge Sauce (below) is one of the best cakes I've ever eaten, gooey in the centre with a delicately crisp crust.
