Discovering her children were gluten-intolerant as babies only increased her drive to cook more nourishing locally produced food from scratch, especially given store-bought gluten-free products were tasteless and devoid of nutrients.

‘Food is life, but it’s so much more than sustenance alone,’ says Emma.  ‘People are much more aware of what they put into their bodies now.  Taking ownership of what you eat is the single most powerful choice we have as humans.’
