Hello Graham
It's celebration all-round today, with our new issue making its way to subscribers and stores as we speak. It's also Bastille Day, which gives us an excuse to try one of the French-inspired recipes we've gathered, followed by Sarah Tuck's Rhubarb and Raspberry Clafoutis (above). We've also got lots of baking ideas to fill in time during the school holidays – Claire Aldous's Nutella Melting Moments are below, as well as a whole collection of bite-sized treats. And one for the grown-ups: our friends at Toast magazine are giving away some delicious natural cocktail syrups from Bees Blessing.
