Mother’s Day High Tea with Natalie Oldfield - Launch of Love & Food at Gran’s Table

Over the last year chef and culinary personality Natalie Oldfield has been collecting the stories, recipes and culinary wisdom of over 60 grandmothers from New Zealand and around the world. Working with PQ Blackwell, creators of The Great New Zealand Cookbook, Natalie has created a cookbook inspired by her own beloved grandmothers and their belief that ‘food made with love is the best kind of all’.

Entitled Love & Food at Gran’s Table, the book contains over 120 tried and true recipes to celebrate the special kind of love that we have for our grans, and they for us.

To launch Love & Food at Gran’s Table Natalie is hosting a Mother’s Day High Tea event, which will take place at the Grand Tearoom at Heritage Auckland. The High Tea promises to be a wonderful occasion, with some of the contributing grans and their loved ones in attendance. Delicious nibbles inspired by recipes from the book will be served, giveaways and spot prizes will run throughout the afternoon, and signed copies of the book will be available for purchase.

The event is being hosted in association with Paper Plus and The Heritage Hotel.
