Cook Happy, Cook Healthy will be a clean eating cookbook, “full of simple, fast and healthy recipes”.
“With an eye to food bills and time-poor households, the ingredients are all easy to buy, and few in number, and the methods very simple,” said Orion.
Harris said: “Cook Happy, Cook Healthy will be a beautiful and inspiring cookbook. Fearne’s millions of social media fans have long enjoyed her foodie photos, and now they can make her recipes at home. With Fearne’s trademark warmth and encouragement throughout, this cookbook provides its readers with the confidence to eat clean but in a realistic, real-life way. It’s been a joy to work with Fearne on creating this wonderful book, I can’t wait to publish it.”
Cotton, who regularly posts pictures of dishes she has cooked on her Instagram account and announced the book on social media (below), said: “Most of the food you put in to your body should have ingredients that make your skin glow, your hair shine, your body feel energised, your eyes bright and your kids and friends happy. Even the naughty treats can have good stuff in them too.
“If you love cooking and baking and are happy, like me, to whittle away the hours with spatula in hand then hopefully you'll enjoy my ideas and recipes.”
To coincide with the book’s launch, there will be an extensive publicity campaign including a major newspaper serialisation and author interviews on national TV and radio.
Cook Happy, Cook Healthy will be published as a £20 hardback and £10.99 e-book on 2nd June 2016.
