EAT YOUR BOOKS

We like to think of EYB as the best of both worlds -- the print & digital worlds, that is. We're fairly certain our members will never completely abandon traditional cookbooks, but there are also many excellent food blogs and websites to supplement our collections. One of our favorites is newly indexed Great British Chefs which features such renowned chefs as Greg Malouf, Tom Kerridge, Marcus Wareing, and many more. Popular food writers such as Helen-Best Shaw of Fuss Free Flavours and Jacqueline Meldrum of Tinned Tomatoes also contribute recipes to the Great British Chefs blog. And don't forget we have a total of 74 food blogs indexed -- add your favorites to your Bookshelf or simply add individual recipes you'd like to try.

If you get the chance to make any of this week's featured recipes, please share your experience with the EYB community by adding a Note to the recipe. Happy cooking and baking everyone!
