Marti Friedlander's Carrot Soup with Fennel.

Carrot Soup with Fennel.

1 large onion chopped

1  large bulb Fennel

2 sticks Celery

6 large carrots

teaspoon Salt

dab butter for base

To make

Braise onions in butter until soft,

Add all ingredients and cook until soft,

And then mash until smooth.
