'London's best party' comes to Waiheke

Isn't it a wonderful moment when you plate a dish and it resembles the recipe photograph perfectly? It's Cook the Books columnist David Parker's ultimate goal, and this week's Yotam Ottolenghi cookbook test involved an intimidating challenge. Kyle Street's cooking demonstation on Tuesday evening removed all intimidation from beautiful Depot recipes - he made making pasta seem like child's play, check out the photos!
