The Dish Pantry

29 , January

I'm very excited to introduce you to The Dish Pantry - our curated directory of New Zealand's best food producers and products. I'm always amazed by this country's approach to innovation - from cheesemakers who decided we could produce artisan cheese as expertly as the French - to people like Ima's Yael Shochat, who sought to share the food of her upbringing in Israel with Aucklanders. It's an exciting time to live here!
