July, 2015

Dear BookmanBeattie,

The lull in cookbook publishing allows us to focus on Members and bookstores this month. We've got a great installment of both Me & My Cookbooks and a new cookbook store profile, plus your favorite lists and updates to the World Cookbook Calendar. We've even managed to sneak in a few giveaways with author interviews and a recipe excerpt.

Mina Holland is the editor of Guardian Cook and a food and drink writer. Travelling and living (and eating) abroad inspired her to write The World on a Plate (previously published in the UK as The Edible Atlas), which explores what and why people eat as they do around the globe. She provided EYB with an excerpt from her book, plus a bonus recipe.
