Real Food Everyday - A Very Special "Book & Cook" Culinary Workshop

A very special "Book & Cook" Culinary Workshop with Caralee Caldwell, author of Real Food Everyday. Thursday 5 May, from 6.30pm for a 7pm start.

We are delighted to be hosting an evening with Caralee Caldwell, author of Real Food Everyday, in our kitchen on Thursday 5 May. Caralee is a kiwi, she grew up in Whangarei, and spent much of her childhood sailing in the Bay of Islands. A practicing lawyer, she now lives on the Gold Coast in Australia with her husband Cameron and three gorgeous kids.

In 2013, after a lifetime as a serial dieter, battling her weight and suffering from life-long food intolerance, she decided that something needed to change. She did a complete shift and cut out all processed food - for good! She discovered the many benefits of just eating real food, and achieved a much happier, healthier life in the process. She is now passionate about inspiring others to find the same balance. She started www.realfoodpledge.com
as a blog to keep herself on track and it grew into something so much bigger than she ever expected. She published her first book Real Food Pledge in 2014. Her latest book Real Food Everyday is full of the recipes that she loves to cook for family & friends. All the recipes are gluten, grain, sugar & dairy free and they are full of nourishing goodness.

As with all our Book & Cook Culinary Workshops a copy of the Real Food Everyday Cookbook is included in the ticket price (rrp of the book $39.99). On the night Caralee will share the secrets of successful Real Food cooking and create a selection of her favourite savoury & sweet recipes from the book. A generous tasting portion of each dish will be served.

Caralee believes in eating food that is made by nature rather than food that is made in a factory. She doesn't put a label on her style of eating, it truly is just getting back to basics with the best that nature has to offer.

We'd love you to join us! Bookings essential & tickets are strictly limited.
