About the authorAuthor Kelly Gibney is a food writer, stylist and photographer. She has a fortnightly column in Dish, and her work has also appeared in Fashion Quarterly, Homestyle, Remix Magazine,
Green Ideas, Little Treasures and more. Kelly has worked in hospitality extensively; in Melbourne, New York and Auckland. She helped open and then ran the wonderful Golden Dawn bar in Auckland for two years. Most recently she worked on the Taste of Auckland Festival. And if all that's not enough she is lucky to be one of the owners of Little Red, a sweet little coffee shop in a refurbished shipping container that resides in Waipu, Northland.
