KITCHEN MOJO Paul Mercurio

“This book is not aimed at teaching you how to cook, there are plenty of books and websites that do that. Instead my aim is to help you find your kitchen mojo so you can embrace your inner chef - yes, we all have one - to take that leap of faith into the kitchen and give it a go.”
 – Paul Mercurio

With two bestselling cookbooks - Mercurio’s Menu and Cooking With Beer – under his
belt, Paul Mercurio is back to encourage those reluctant cooks amongst us. Paul believes
that there are far too many people who do not cook for a number of reasons and he’s on a
mission to change that. ‘Every opportunity to cook is an opportunity to express yourself and
get your mojo on’, he says.

Kitchen Mojo features dishes that are easy to cook and even easier to eat; from hearty
minestrone soup, to yummy  salt, sugar and honey-cured salmon with wasabi mayo and deliciously simply apple, peach and hazelnut tarts. With recipes centered around occasions,
Paul wants his recipes to take the stress out of situations like entertaining a crowd, cooking
for one or for the family – no meal should be so overwhelming that you end up at the local
pizza shop in desperation!

From easy roast lamb racks, hearty soups and salads that are even fit for the blokes,
consider Kitchen Mojo a call  to arms … or more aptly, to stoves.

cook’.
